around activity centers in the Little Clusters
Children’s Area where they will engage in ageappropriate
handicraft activities such as creating
a coloring book or creating original art.
Your Place at the Easel is an area that will be
filled with easels, paints and brushes. Attendees
can participate in ongoing classes, watch
demonstrations, and hear presentations in the
Studio for the Arts at the City of Brentwood sponsored
booth.
On the other side of the sidewalk will be the
adult activities including vendors, artists, wine
glasses, wine, beer, and port. There will be a
Souvenir Booth, Coffee Bar, Microbrew Bar, and
Vintner’s Corner — all of these located with their
backs to the sidewalk dividing the adult and the
kids’ areas.
Snacks and food vendors will be located in
Appetizer Alley. Swisher Concrete Company will
provide an Oyster Bar with barbeque oysters.
Visitors can let their pets visit with each other
in the Just For Pets area, which is sponsored by
Pets Frolic Inn.
Booths were made available for $225 for a 10by-10-foot
booth with upgrades available up to
a 20-by-40-foot size. Artists will be selling their
own original works that meet the standards of
the judging process.
Up to 80 artists will be showcased in the Artists’
Garden area including pottery, watercolor & oil
painting, and jewelry.
For $5 people can compete in a blind-taste test,
in which they sample ten labels and fill out a card
identifying the varieties in the sample.
The reward of a refrigerator full of wine will be
donated by local vintners to the lucky winner
whose name is drawn.
Between 12 and 15 wineries will offer their labels
in the Vintner’s Corner hosted by Becky
Bloomfield and Dafne Swisher of the Brentwood
Co Co County Wine Company. The venue will be a
spacious 20- by 40-foot wine tasting room built
specifically for the festival.
