To help new members get acquainted with
their new club and to get them started on
the path to a healthier lifestyle, Club One
is giving a special bonus — offering every
new member two complimentary personal
training sessions.
Club One has only one location
compared to In Shape’s two, but has three
separate buildings which makes for one
ultimate health club.
The third unit, which is just being
completed, is a 20,000 square-foot athletic
center that complement’s the original
20,000 square foot main building, which
was finished four years ago, and the 17,000
square-foot Kids Club and Aquatics center
that was completed two years ago.
Among other things, the new building
has a cycling center, racquetball courts, a
basketball court, volleyball, rock climbing,
a golf simulator, a Spinning® theater (with
stadium seating), an expanded weight
room, a women’s only center, and an
organic food restaurant.
The golf simulator will allow people to
play on the world’s most famous courses
including Pebble Beach and Atlanta’s
Masters course.
“We’re in the Exertainment business,”
Mike says with a smile.
“We ensure that people won’t be bored with
their workouts. Fun and customized fitness
programs help keep our members motivated
so they stick with it for the long run.
So in addition to offering the latest in
group fitness and the most innovative
fitness equipment in the industry, we have
cardio equipment with built-in video players,
flat screen TVs, plus iPod ports on the
equipment where members can play their
own MP3 files and watch their own videos
on their personal viewing screen.”
Then he adds, “We bring in a new Wow!
factor every couple months.”
When you are physically fit you can have
more fun playing golf, waterskiing, and
running — including running after small
children — than if you are run-down, outof-shape
or sedentary.
Any fitness program can make a real
difference in your life. These palaces of
health and fitness make fitness programs
so pleasant that any of us should be able to
become fit.
So “Get ’er done!” °
