In 2002 co-owners Linda Coogan and Susan Kruse opened Ms. Fit. Ms.
Fit is a personal training studio that offers women a supportive, intimate
environment unlike the intimidation of a gym. A personal trainer and
business owner for many years, Linda’s passion for health and fitness
is what drives her to inspire others. Linda has developed a one-hour
group training program which consists of a unique and ever changing
routine that includes cardio, strength training, stretching and nutritional
advice. Linda has experience with cardiac, arthritis, fibro myalgia,
senior, as well as pre and post gastric bypass patients. Linda won the Best
of Brentwood Gold Personal Training Award in 2007 with votes from
her loyal clients who experienced the results Ms. Fit pro duced. Ms.
Fit also offers individual, group training and Vinyasa yoga classes.
